The process of the recycle begins with the organized collection by the owner with one of the sales team. In two hour the driver will arrive based on the agreement and will confirm whether or not the owner is ready with the collection. Before the collections load to the truck, the price of the collections will be confirm again to the owner. In case that the owner is not available in home, the owner can inform the place he or she leaves the collections and payment will be managed through phone. Once the collections are loaded, it will be put to private recycling facility in Australia. Recycling E-waste including laptops, computers and other electronic equipment

The recycling system is called Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment or WEEE.
The system will ensure that data left in memories and hard drives will be destroyed altogether with the physical form. Here are the stages in the recycling system:
First, the items will be organized by hand. It will continue with quality control by extracting the batteries and the copper. This process is called as Picking Shed.
Second, the items will be smashed into pieces approximately 100 mm. This process is to make sure that the e-waste will be accurately organized and the data remained are destroyed. This process is called as Initial Size Reduction Process.
Third, the small pieces are shaken to spread it evenly on the conveyor belt before it is destroyed more. The dusts which are resulted from this process are environmentally friendly disposed. This process is called as Secondary Size Reduction.
Fourth, iron and steel on the pieces will be removed using magnets. It is called as Overband Magnet
Fifth, The non-metallic parts will be separated from the metallic parts such as copper, aluminum and brass. The metallic parts can be sold as raw materials or be used again. This process is called as Metallic and Non-Metallic Content.
Sixth, the glass parts and plastic parts will be separated using water. From this process, all raw materials can be sold again. This process is called as Water Separation.
Recycling Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT) Monitors and Televisions
CRT was usually found n old televisions and computer monitors. The recycling process of CRT is more complex than e-waste due to dangerous toxins in CRT. It contains lead in the glass that can harms people’s health once it polluted the soil and water system and can harms the environment too. Here are the stages of recycling CRT process:
First, front part of the monitor will be removed and the tube will be removed from inside. Then it will continue with recycling the shell together with the regular e-waste. This process is called as Separation of Monitor Body and Cathode Ray Tube.
Second, the screens and the tubes will be smashed into small pieces. The glass dusts that are resulted from this process will be environmentally friendly disposed. This process is called as Size Reduction Process.
Third, the small pieces of the glass will be passed under the magnet. It is also where the steel and iron will be extracted from the glass content. Then it will continue using Eddy Currents to pass the other materials remained. It will separate the copper and aluminum and it can be used for raw materials. This process is called as Metal Removal.
Fourth, the other glass content that are remained will be cleared of oxides, phosphors and dust extract. It will result clean glass. This process is called as Washing Line.
Fifth, the leaded glass will be separated from unleaded glass. These glasses can be used to produce new screeds called closed loop recycling. This process is the final stage and called as Glass Sorting Line.
